Is It Expensive? My pricing is very competitive with local traditional grooming salons.
Will You Come To My Office? Yes...I will be happy to schedule an appointment to come to your home, apartment, or office. As long as I have a place to park the "Rig".
Do You Offer Multiple Pet Discounts? Yes...I offer a 10% discount for multi-pets. I also offer a discount for referrals...ask me for more information.
How Do I Schedule? Simply call or email me. PLEASE REMEMBER that I will not answer if with a client, everyone gets full attention, so PLEASE leave a complete message and I'll return your call just as soon as I can.
Do I Have To Be Home At Time Of Grooming? Yes, I ask that ALL new clients be home for the first few grooms. I also ask that on the first groom, that you and I as well as your pet spend a few minutes getting acquainted. I also will need to have you fill out some "light" paperwork concerning your pet.
Do You Accept Credit Cards? Sorry but no...I do accept cash as well as personal check. (return check fees are $25.00 or highest amount allowed by N.C. law)
What If I Need To Cancel An Appointment? I understand, sometimes things happen and we are all forced to make changes in our schedules. PLEASE...call or email me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. A $15.00 fee will be charged if no notification or less than 24 hours notice is given.
What About Inclement Weather Or Other Issues? Yes, sometimes I must reschedule due to weather, road conditions or a mechanical breakdown that is simply beyond my control. In the event that I must reschedule, I will do everything possiable to give you as much notice as I can and reschedule you for as soon as I can.
Do You Offer De-Matting? Yes, this service is charged by time required if excessive.
Are You Certified / What's Your Experience? I started grooming in 1998 when a close friend who owned a traditional salon in S.C. needed help. I apprenticed under her for sometime and over the years have completed 3 different grooming schools/academies to strengthen my skills and abilities.
Do You Need To Access Power Or Water At My House? No, the unit is self contained and powered by an on-board generator. ONLY incase of generator failure would I need access to your power source. In this case, you may choose to allow access or reschedule for another time.
Can I Watch? Sure, but please keep in mind that the rig has limited space and you may actually excite and stress your pet even more by being close by. So short visits are usually best.
My Dog Requires A Sedative Before Grooming, Is This OK? NO...your pet should ONLY be groomed in a veterinarian supervised facility due to risk from sedation.
Do You Require Proof Of Rabies Vaccine? YES, and all groomers should.
